I’m the founder of Work Besties, a community for ambitious professional women navigating leadership, career growth, and everything in between.

Over the years, I’ve led teams, stepped into new challenges, and, like many, I’m figuring things out as I go. Along the way, I’ve learned that growth isn’t a straight line, self-doubt is normal, and confidence is something you build, not something you just have.

That’s why I started Notes to Self - a space to unpack the real side of career growth, leadership, and figuring things out in real time. Some days, I’m thriving. Other days, I’m deep in overthinking. Confidence comes in waves, and that’s okay.
